Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Tzfat Spirits of Israel, LLC (“AVIV 613,” “we,” “us”) collects through aviv613.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep what we collect to a minimum.

Information we collect

• Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 21 or older, we save a small cookie (aviv_age_ok) in your browser so we don’t ask again for 30 days. It does not identify you and we do not store your answer on our servers.
• Messages you send us. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, so we can respond to you.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider and security tools automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages requested, to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, approximate location, and device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies (for example, _ga) to recognize returning browsers. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Site; it is not used to identify you personally.

We do not run advertising trackers on the Site. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

How we use information

• to respond to your questions and requests;
• to verify that visitors have confirmed their age;
• to operate, secure, and improve the Site and prevent spam or abuse;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the Site, who process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services:

• Cloudflare — hosting, security, and bot protection (including the Turnstile check on our contact form).
• Resend — delivers the messages you send through our contact form to our inbox.
• Google Workspace — our email system, where those messages and our replies are stored.
• Google Analytics — measures how the Site is used. See Google’s explanation of how it uses data from sites that use its services.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party retailers and other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies before sharing information.

How long we keep information

We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete them. The age-confirmation cookie expires after 30 days. Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our analytics account (currently up to 14 months).

Your choices and rights

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings (you will then see the age gate again). Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Children

The Site is intended for adults of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has contacted us, please let us know and we will delete the information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
